A work in progress...
I Love these offshore rain squalls that are backlit by the rising sun, IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL!!! The orange glow from the sun is so diffused, nature's own softbox. As my buddy & I walked back to the car to avoid the incoming squall, that was hugging the shoreline about a quarter-mile away from us, I turned around just to admire the beauty & then took 3 steps & turned again. I stopped dead in my tracks & told Bran that I HAVE to shoot this! I dropped my backpack, swapped my wide for my 100-400mm tele lens & rattled away about 15 shots, then off to our cars we went. Just as we arrived at the back of our cars it started to pour! Perfect timing & then off to eat breakfast, a perfect ending to a beautiful sunrise, even with the rain, actually the rain made the shot!!!
Learn, grow...repeat!
